Martha has been a Realtor® for over 24 years. As Broker of RE/MAX Vision Quest, Martha has enjoyed the synergy and enthusiasm that comes from working with the public and other real estate professionals. She is an active member of the West Virginia Association of Realtors® serving now as their National Director to the National Association of Realtors. She also served as President of the West Virginia Assoication in 2003.
Martha has earned a number of Realtor designations that include: ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative; CRS – Certified Residential Specialist; GRI – Graduate of the Realtors® Institute; & the newest Realtor certification- e-Pro – Marketing and Internet Certification. Licensed as a real estate agent since 1990, Bobbie became a part of RE/MAX Vision Quest in 1998. Since then, Bobbie has become an Associate Broker as well as earning her GRI and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designations. She enjoys working with clients in all areas of real estate such as guiding first time home buyers through the buying process - where she just loves watching them receive the keys to their first home! While listing property, Bobbie takes the time to make suggestions that will make the property more appealing to potential Buyers. Outside of her real estate career, Bobbie finds time to keep active in the community. She holds certifications as a cycle trainer from several different companies as well as being an Orange Level Master trainer for Heart Zones fitness - Bobbie is also a National Director of Heart Zone home study courses. Bobbie's passion in the community can be greatly seen at the Greenbrier Valley YMCA - she is a founding member and serves on their Board of Directors as their Chief Volunteer Officer. Kathy was born in Providence, Rhode Island but grew up in central Massachusetts. In the early years she worked as a receptionist in a wire drawing business until her marriage in 1966. She and her husband Richard are the proud parents of five great children and 10 better than great grandchildren.
After moving to Monroe County, West Virginia in 1976, she worked at the Courthouse from 1979 to 1984 in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. From 1985 to 2004 she owned and operated the Country Clipper, a hair salon.
In 2004 she joined RE/MAX Vision Quest and finally found a job she truly loves. West Virginia is a wonderful place to live. Great people, wonderful climate and beautiful scenery make it “Almost Heaven”.

Tina Gibson is a native of Nicholas County, West Virginia. She has lived in other areas such as, Northern Virginia and North Carolina, but thankfully, was able to come back home to the mountains of West Virginia.

Tina has a degree in Psychology, and has worked as a teacher, whitewater rafting guide, and have done some carpentry work, along with a variety of other jobs. I am a native of Long Island, New York. I had lived there my entire life. I had even attended Hofstra University which is on Long Island. When I met my husband, Chris (from Midlothian, VA), we married and he moved from Virginia to Long Island where we spent 8 wonderful years working and starting our family.
After a time, I began to wonder if Long Island was really the place I wanted to raise our children. Much had changed since I was young. When I grew up, there were approx. 750,000 people on the entire island, now there are 3 million. Schools were deteriorating, traffic was unbelievable and the cost of living was just incredible. I was a Project Manager and PBX System Designer for Siemens Communications, a major telecommunications company, for 10 years. It was a good job but it was time for a change.
My husband and I started investing in real estate, we bought a few houses which we renovated and really enjoyed it. I loved to search for properties and meet people, while my husband, a union carpenter, liked to work on houses. We did that for a time and then one day we decided to take a ride to West Virginia to look at some land for sale. My husband was excited about the trip as he had camped here often as a child and was familiar with the area. I on the other hand, had no idea what to expect. Well, one look and it seemed clear. We were instantly taken by the beauty of the Greenbrier and knew we had to make a move. Our move has been so contagious that other family members have followed suit and are lucky to now call Greenbrier County “home”.

Nik was born and raised in Michigan where she grew up on a Morgan horse farm in the rolling hills of Barry County. Her parents started the family business of building horse carriages - which is still going strong today. Nik worked every position in the business from sanding wheels to painting to bookkeeping. In the process, she learned the value of a strong work ethic, and humble folks.
Nik has had a variety of jobs, from attendant at a gas station to managing three companies simultaneously. Nik’s favorite job ever was when she was 17 working with kids at a YMCA camp where she assisted with the horse program. Nik has always been happiest when working with people.
Nik’s educational background is in business, economics, and psychology. She is the proud mother of four lovely and intelligent daughters and wife to a local business owner. Nik’s interests include, anything outdoors! - Hiking, biking, swimming, snorkeling, jet sking, boating, gardening, tae kwon do, and working out.
Nik travels extensively and feels this perspective qualifies her to say that the Greenbrier Valley is the most beautiful place with the most unique people she has encountered. It only took one visit back to Michigan in 1998 for Nik to know that the Greenbrier Valley was ... Home. Six months later she moved here and has been in the Lewisburg area ever since.
